The Loma Loft vacation rental is a newly remodeled studio style space. The loft is open and light with a full kitchen. Parking is off street with alley access.

There are 18 steps up to the loft so you must be able to climb stairs.
No smoking, no pets allowed.

Rate: $95/night plus taxes

Loft space:
Accommodates 2 adults or a couple and a child under 12 years.

Amenities:
Queen bed, sleeping area for child under 12
Bathroom with shower
High quality linens provided

Kitchen:
Fully equipped for cooking including, electric range refrigerator and microwave.

Entertainment:
TV/DVD (no cable), wireless internet, local phone access

Outdoors:
Small private deck
Gas BBQ grill

Check-in:
Check in is after 4:00 PM If you anticipate arriving after 9 pm please contact us. Early arrivals please call on day of arrival for status.

Check-out:
Check out is at 11 AM

Payment:
Cash or check preferred, Mastercard, Visa accepted

Cancellation:
A full refund will be given for all days reserved minus a $35 service fee for cancellation received by phone or email 14 or more days prior to arrival.

For cancellation less than 14 days notice a full refund will be given (minus the $35 service fee) only if we are able to book the space.
